The excursion beings with a visit to the Arenal Hanging Bridges located 25 minutes from the center of La Fortuna; this is an ideal option for nature lovers who want to enjoy the tranquility of hiking along trails through the forest accompanied by the sounds of nature. From high up in the tree tops enjoy spectacular views of the forest as you cross the suspended bridges. 

During the tour you will cross 16 bridges and see two waterfalls as you hike the trails that extend for more than 3 km (1.8 miles). During the hike you’ll have the opportunity to observe the vegetation of the zone and different types of animals like monkeys, snakes, and birds that call Mistico Park home. Our experienced naturalist guides ensure that this is a unique experience.

At the end of the hike on the hanging bridges we continue on to the second activity of the day: a visit to the hot springs of your choice; Baldi Hot Springs, Paradise Hot Springs, Ecotermales Fortuna.
